A Convention Center and Events located in Maracaibo, next to the Hotel & Casino Maruma. Its elegant style and magnificent architecture shows the size of its facilities that are unique in Venezuela.

Its modern and sober infrastructure is constituted by 6 levels that offer wide possibilities for its multifunctional use to any kind of events.

The two first levels are designated to the Palace Mall a Shopping Center with more than 240 store and food fair, the next three levels are conformed by the convention, exposition and concert area, including our principal Ballroom, “The Venezuela Great Ballroom” beside 15 multifunctional rooms.

On the Third level are located the press balcony and the presidential balcony with a private restrooms and a bar.

On the fourth level are The General Box and the Preferential Box.

On the fifth level are corporative rooms, administrative offices and the projecting room.

On the sixth level there is an heliport used to transport important personalities and artists.

With capacity for more than 6.500 people is the heart of the palace, it has a multifunctional use to celebrate banquets, conferences, expositions and concerts. Its lobby area counts with two registration area and a excellent space for expositions and banquets of simultaneous use.

The balcony boxes of the Venezuela Ballroom are conformed by two presidential balconies and two balconies for the press, a Preferential box and the General box.




It’s conformed by two blocks of multifunctional rooms; Europa and América, Which respond to the needs of any type of event, like corporative meetings and receptions with capacity from 10 to 1.000 people.

The Europa and América ballrooms aside from serve as a circulation way between rooms, works also as a stage for expositions and fairs.
